Matcha ice cream| Matcha Series Dessert

Today, I will make matcha ice cream, a classic dessert from the Matcha collection. Mix tea and milk. Matcha is finely ground, smooth and has a mouth-watering taste that is hard to forget.

Raw Material:

Fine sugar: 5g

Milk: 20g

Matcha powder: 15g

Egg yolk: 2

Light cream: 230g

Procedure:

1. Separating egg white yolk
2. Add fine sugar 20g
3. Stir well
4. Add water to the pot
5. Heated milk in the water jacket
6. Turn off the heat after the milk is warm
7. Pour milk into the egg
8. Mix well
9. Heat water
10. Add 15g matcha powder
11. Stir until become viscous
12. Light cream
13. Filter
14. Stir well
15. Pour into the container
16. Frozen for about 6 hours

How to Make White Rabbit Ice Cream?

These milk candies are wrapped in edibles dissolving rice paper. They start out harder, then gradually turn softer into that delicious chewy candy that all kids (and even adults) love. They're extremely addicting.

Ingredients:

White Rabbit Milk Sugar: 110g

Hot Milk: 220ml

Light Cream

White Sugar: 20g

Rum: 6g

Procedure:

1. Chop the milk sugar;
2. Add hot milk and cook at low heat. Till melt the milk sugar;
3. Then filter it;
4. Beat the light cream, whipped to textured and fluidity;
5. Add milk sugar solution;
6. Add Rum;
7. After stir well. Chill in a box. 
8. Put on the cone;
9. Here's your rabbit ice cream.

(Tips: After heated by hot water, the digging spoon can be dug more round.)
