These milk candies
are wrapped in edibles dissolving rice paper. They start out harder, then gradually turn softer into that delicious chewy candy that all kids (and even adults) love
. They're extremely addicting.
Ingredients:
White Rabbit Milk Sugar: 110g
Hot Milk: 220ml
Light Cream
White Sugar: 20g
Rum: 6g
Procedure:
- Chop the milk sugar;
- Add hot milk and cook at low heat. Till melt the milk sugar;
- Then filter it;
- Beat the light cream, whipped to textured and fluidity;
- Add milk sugar solution;
- Add Rum;
- After stir well. Chill in a box.
- Put on the cone;
- Here's your rabbit ice cream.
(Tips: After heated by hot water, the digging spoon can be dug more round.)
