These milk candies are wrapped in edibles dissolving rice paper. They start out harder, then gradually turn softer into that delicious chewy candy that all kids (and even adults) love. They're extremely addicting.
Ingredients:
White Rabbit Milk Sugar: 110g
Hot Milk: 220ml
Light Cream
White Sugar: 20g
Rum: 6g
Procedure:
- Chop the milk sugar;
- Add hot milk and cook at low heat. Till melt the milk sugar;
- Then filter it;
- Beat the light cream, whipped to textured and fluidity;
- Add milk sugar solution;
- Add Rum;
- After stir well. Chill in a box.
- Put on the cone;
- Here's your rabbit ice cream.
(Tips: After heated by hot water, the digging spoon can be dug more round.)
