Fine sugar: 5g
Milk: 20g
Matcha powder: 15g
Egg yolk: 2
Light cream: 230g
Procedure:
- Separating egg white yolk
- Add fine sugar 20g
- Stir well
- Add water to the pot
- Heated milk in the water jacket
- Turn off the heat after the milk is warm
- Pour milk into the egg
- Mix well
- Heat water
- Add 15g matcha powder
- Stir until become viscous
- Light cream
- Filter
- Stir well
- Pour into the container
- Frozen for about 6 hours
