White Rabbit Milk Sugar: 110g

Hot Milk: 220ml

Light Cream

White Sugar: 20g

Rum: 6g

Procedure:

1. Chop the milk sugar;
2. Add hot milk and cook at low heat. Till melt the milk sugar;
3. Then filter it;
4. Beat the light cream, whipped to textured and fluidity;
5. Add milk sugar solution;
6. Add Rum;
7. After stir well. Chill in a box. 
8. Put on the cone;
9. Here's your rabbit ice cream.

(Tips: After heated by hot water, the digging spoon can be dug more round.)
