Ingredients:

Strawberry 1000g

White Sugar 500g

Lemon 1

Procedure:

1. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
2. Add white sugar
3. Stir well 
4. Cover with plastic wrap 
5. Drying water
6. Strawberry poured into the pot
7. Add lemon juice
8. Big fire
9. Turn to medium heat and cook slowly 
10. Add butter to reduce foam
11. Remove the floating foam
12. Boiled jam immediately bottling
13. Cover and re-fill in water for 10 minutes

TIPS:

• 1 kg of strawberries probably use 500-600g of sugar;
• Disinfect the bottle before making the jam, and boil the glass bottle and lid for 5 minutes with water;
• Boiled jam is not suitable for use in iron pans, copper or stainless steel pots;
• Dig a little jam on the frozen plate, put it in the freezer for five minutes, use your fingers to open the jam, it will flow slowly, will not mix immediately.

Grape

Flour

Filtered water

White sugar

Lemon juice

Procedure:

1. Cut off branches of grapes
2. Add flour and water
3. Wash the  impurities of the grape
4. Rinse one or two times with water
5. Clean seeds with a sucker
6. Peel the grapes
7. Put the grape peels into the pot
8. Add water
9. Boil the grapes until the color turns purple
10. Filter
11. Boil grape flesh and filtered soup

Notes:
