Strawberry jam is applied to bread or to the cake to make a drink. They are all delicious. No matter what you want to make your favorite dessert, it can make it. Its mixed drink with water. It is recommended that you use a GlacialPure water filter to make your drinks sweeter.
Ingredients:
Strawberry 1000g
White Sugar 500g
Lemon 1
Procedure:
- Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
- Add white sugar
- Stir well
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Drying water
- Strawberry poured into the pot
- Add lemon juice
- Big fire
- Turn to medium heat and cook slowly
- Add butter to reduce foam
- Remove the floating foam
- Boiled jam immediately bottling
- Cover and re-fill in water for 10 minutes
- Achieve complete anti-virus effect
TIPS:
- 1 kg of strawberries probably use 500-600g of sugar;
- Disinfect the bottle before making the jam, and boil the glass bottle and lid for 5 minutes with water;
- Boiled jam is not suitable for use in iron pans, copper or stainless steel pots;
- Dig a little jam on the frozen plate, put it in the freezer for five minutes, use your fingers to open the jam, it will flow slowly, will not mix immediately.
