2. 10ml passion fruit syrup
3. 10ml monosaccharide syrup
4. 15ml lemon juice
5. 45ml old rum
6. Moderate egg white
7. Moderate mixing
8. Whip the cream
9. Add ice cubes

11. Filter into the butterfly cup

Ingredients:

Basil leaf / Sliced Pear

Crushed Ice

Elderflower Syrup

Lemon Juice

Mixed juice of pear and pear juice

Gin / Lychee

Procedure:

6. 5ml lemon juice
7. 40ml pear and lychee mixed juice
