Ingredients:

Pomegranate seeds

Water: 200ml

Four Seasons Spring Oolong Tea

Guava sauce: 20g 

Sugar syrup: 30g

Grape: 500g

Pear: 3 pieces

Procedure:

1. Brew the four seasons spring oolong tea with water from 203℉ to 212 ℉. (Tips: Use cross-stirring method to make each piece of tea stretch out, which can more scent the tea);
2. Add 20g of guava sauce and 30g of sugar syrup to a new cup as a base;
3. Crush the raisins, squeeze the juice, and pour the flesh into the cup;
4. Add water and soaked tea;
5. Add 3 pieces of chopped pears and pomegranate seeds;
6. Perform adequate agitation;
7. A colorful, healthy summer drink is ready.

Here 's the delicious recipe, enjoy it!

Ingredients:

Ice

Slice of lemon

Rosemary

Plum syrup

Soda water

+To make a fruit syrup

-Shortcut:

• Cut the fruits into small size.

• Measure the fruits and prepare the same amount of sugar. You can use any kind of sugar, glucose, oligosaccharide, etc. I prefer to use half plain white sugar and half oligosaccharide.

• Turn the heat to low, mix fruits, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice all together until thickened (Make with less than 150g, it took 8min or less.)

-Preserved:

• Prepare the water bath jar.

• Cut the fruits into small size.

• Measure the fruits and prepare the same amount of sugar.

• In a bowl, mix fruits and sugar.

• Rest 5~10min to fruit juice is come out (This process makes syrup faster).

• Ladle the mixture into a jar and cover the lid.

• Rest in room temp for 5 hours, and put it in a fridge until all sugar is melted.

• Preserve one’s flesh is more fresh and meaty.

• And syrup texture is more clear, so I prefer to make this way. Y (^_^) Y

• Litchi wine
• Ice cube
• soda water
• Mint leaf
• Lemon

Procedure:
