Ingredients：

• Passion fruit
• Litchi wine
• Ice cube
• soda water
• Mint leaf
• Lemon

Procedure:

• Add half of the fresh passion fruit into the cup, and add a few pieces of mint leaves；
• Slice the lemon into several pieces, and add it into the cup;

Ingredients:

Oreo Cookies

Yolk

Refined white sugar

Cream

Procedure:

1. Scrape the cream in the middle of the Oreo biscuits;
2. Place the biscuits into a basin, crush them and wait for use;
3. After beating the egg yolk, add white sugar, and then whisk with an eggbeater;
4. Add hot milk to the egg yolk and keep stirring;
5. Boil the egg yolks on a low heat until gently boiled and pour them out to cool them;
6. After the cream is beaten, add the cooled egg yolk and whisk;
7. Pour half into the bowl and pour the biscuit into the other half to mix and stir;
8. Chill the half which mixed with biscuit 4 hours;
9. After 4 hours, dig out the ice cream and sprinkle some biscuits to decorate;

Ingredients:

Brown sugar: 100g;

Water: 50g;

Cream: 150g;

Butter: 50g;

One lemon;

Salt: Half a spoon;

Cream Soda: One can

Procedure:

1. Make Butterscotch

• Brown sugar and water are heated to syrup in a ratio of 2 to 1;
• After the syrup starts to pop out of dense bubbles, turn to the small fire;
• Add butter, squeeze a little lemon juice, stir until the butter melts;
• Pour in the cream and mix well;
• Add a little salt and cook until the bubble is boiling. Turn off the heat and pour it into the bottle.

Tips: In general, this cream syrup must be added with a little salt to balance its sweet feeling.

2. Beat the cream

• The cream was whipped to 8 points
• Add a large spoonful of caramel cream sauce and mix well.

3. Assemble butterbeer
