Should we work out during winter?

Due to the cold day, our bodies must burn more calorie to keep warm. Although we live in the same environment, sports consume more calories in winter than in hot weather.
When cold air comes into contact with a warm body, the calories burned by exercise increase slightly, and the body's calorie consumption increases by about 3% to 7%. Brown fat remains in adults, and these "beneficial" fats can only be activated by cold stimulation and play a role in weight loss.

The researchers explained that colder temperatures activate brown adipose tissue, the fat that produces body heat. Earlier studies have shown that 50 grams of maximum active brown adipose tissue account for 20% of resting energy, which means burning 400 to 500 calories a day. British research team confirmed that reducing room temperature from 22 C to 16 C could activate brown adipose tissue. When brown adipose tissue is fully activated, it burns calories and loses eight kilograms a year.

White fat accumulates under the skin and stores excess heat; brown fat decomposes the white fat that causes obesity and converts the latter into carbon dioxide, water, and calories, without storing calories.

So, friends who want to lose weight, don't miss this wonderful opportunity, and it is because the body is easy to store fat in winter that you should work hard to keep fit. Otherwise, excessive indulgence in winter will hurt the summer. You have to spend a lot of time and energy to lose excess fat.

Can we be sick after sporting in the winter?
Winter exercise can strengthen the body's metabolism, due to cold stimulation, blood antibodies will increase, the body's resistance will be enhanced.
Enhance the human hematopoietic function, activate the normal work of various organs, improve human resistance.
People who exercise regularly in winter have a lower proportion of lung and bronchial diseases and are generally less likely to catch colds.
