Lemon Summer Series No.1-Earl Grey Lemonade

Earl Grey Lemonade be named as a refreshing drink. Always keep you been cool. The mix taste of Earl Grey and the bergamot orange blends with fresh lemonade for an acid, rich, and delicious drink.

The only word came to my brain is “HOT”. I don’t wanna do anything. Maybe just only the air-conditioning, cold drink and ice-creaming which connected with cool can save my life from hot weather. The homemade beverage is a drink can save money and bring health to our life.

My British twist on an American classic drink an Arnold Palmer iced tea (it’s regular black tea and lemonade). Earl Grey tea has been around since the 1830s. It has floral and orange flavors in the tea so it seems like the perfect flavor mate with tart lemonade.

This beverage of lemonade is very perfect for this long and hot summer days. The sourness of the lemons brings a refreshing feeling in the hot summer days. When you have no appetite in the summer, you can also enjoy eating.

I really like to make drinks using tea. Because tea has a special aroma which also gives us a refreshing feeling.

This summer, I’ll make a tea combine with lemon——Earl Grey Lemonade.

INGREDIENTS:
l  4 Earl Grey teabags
l  1 cup fresh lemon juice
l  3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.     Add the tea bags to a heatproof jug. Pour over 4 cups boiling water and allow to steep for 4-5 minutes then remove tea bags.
2.     Stir in the honey so it can melt in the hot liquid, allow to cool.
3.     Once cooled, stir in the lemon juice and taste. Add more honey if you like it sweeter.

TIPS:
